Structure of TrainingTraining sessions are available in a range of formats and levels of complexity. For introductory level delegates, modules offer an overview of a topic, highlighting key features and concepts. Workshops are more appropriate where a detailed knowledge and worked examples are required. Briefings offer quick training solutions where a short presentation on a ‘hot topic’ is required. This flexible training delivery offers you the most appropriate training structure to suit your staff and business needs. Any course or topic covered in this brochure can be adapted to construct a tailored training programme to suit your specific training requirements. (1) ModulesTraining is delivered over 2- or 3-hour sessions. The emphasis is on covering the main features of the topic. Training programmes can be set using different combinations of modules, depending on the level of complexity required. Numbers are limited to 10 delegates to maximise learning and participation. Delegates complete a written test within a few days of completing the training, testing their retention and understanding. (2) WorkshopsWorkshops are designed to provide a more comprehensive understanding and practical application of a topic.
(3) BriefingsTraining is delivered over 1 – 1 1/2 hours. The emphasis is on covering the main features of a hot topic or a regulation update. Numbers are limited to 12 delegates to maximise the learning. |
